Mr. Rajiv Kumar Gawri
Founder
Rajiv Kumar Gawri qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1988. On his qualification, he established the firm in Delhi. He is an industry veteran in Direct Taxation, over his professional career he has a vast experience in Income Tax Act, 1961 compliance consultancy, handling complex assessments, representing complex matters before Commissioner (Appeals) and representing his clients before Hon’ble ITAT. He has successfully represented his clients before Investigation Authorities of the Income Tax Department. He has a keen interest in PMLA and Black Money Act.
He also provides consultancy in indirect taxation matters. He has successfully consulted and represented his clients in indirect tax matters.
Under his leadership the firms audit practice also stands apart, in the auditing assignments of the firm he has always emphasized on independence and correct reporting. The stakeholder users of the financial statements audited by the firm under his leadership is always appreciated by them.
He has a vast experience in Agro based industries, manufacturing industries, education industries, trading business, etc.
Mr. Manu Gawri
Partner
Manu Gawri qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018. He has successfully provided tailor made solutions to his clients. He has 6+ years of experience in Auditing and advisory. He has extensively worked in Agro based industries, manufacturing industries, education industries and Bio-technology industries. His strength lies in Transaction Structuring, Tax Advisory, Valuations, etc.
Mr. Madhav Gawri
Consultant
Madhav completed his BBA-LLB from the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. He then worked as a Legal Associate in Direct Taxation at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys, gaining experience in tax and commercial law.
He later earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He currently practices in taxation, commercial litigation, intellectual property rights (IPR) litigation, and commercial arbitration. His work includes matters related to international taxation, cross-border commercial disputes, and international commercial arbitration, and he represents clients in complex legal proceedings.
